The End is near.

I just finished a 3 day "camp" with my son. Ity was a camp using GPS's and some computer map making software. It was a blast walking around Hogback Mountain and plotting our journey then uploading it to the computer blah, blah, blah.

My thought on this is that this is technology which I am excited about and ready to devote alot of time to. I havbe realized that is a key to getting used to the new technologies we have been looking at in class. While not everyone is all worked up about all of the tools you can really tell when one hits home.

I can see in my future teaching by allowing students a greater choiuce they may be able to find a tool or several which will allow them to expand their horizons and exceed their potential.
